A new chapter for an old gathering place.
The Fox family purchased the Monticello House in June 2021 and began restoring the historic landmark. In January 2022, Pink Heifer welcomed its first guests.
Today, our kitchen and saloon team carries that welcome forward with food made with care and a place to settle in together.
